Polyethylene Dump Wagon Tub
Employing our vacuum-forming technology, we were able to deep draw the heavy gauge part, forming the unit complete in one piece, while meeting tolerances as low as +/-.030 of an inch. We then trimmed the tub to meet precise client specifications. In addition, we applied customer-supplied logo labels to each product.

Constructed from black, high molecular weight polyethylene material, the thermoformed tub measured 49.000" in overall length, 13.375" in overall height, and 25.800" in overall width.
The unit also possessed a hair cell texture. In order to ensure that the tubs met precise client specifications, all units were fully inspected during each step of the manufacturing process.
Successfully fulfilling customer product requirements for both design and quality, Alpha Plastics built 200 tubs from .312" raw material and 90 tubs from .450" raw material.
We were able to deliver the completed units to our client's facility within a 4-week turnaround after receiving the prototype approval.
